Cocoa Nibs

Freshly roasted cocoa nibs make a wonderful crunchy snack. Use them as a chocolate sprinkle on yogurt and ice cream. Add them to trail mix and granola. Bake with them in cookies and pancakes. Or eat them straight out of the bag!
